Norbert Berdolt

Norbert Berdolt started his education as high voltage electrician at Dyckerhoff. After its completion, he worked as electrician at the Amöneburg plant from 1971 to 1978 (interrupted by the time of military service). From 1978 he was trainer at the apprenticeship workshop there. Since 1986 he has been member of the Works Council of the Amöneburg plant, and became its Chairman in 1994. Additionally, he became Chairman of the Group Works Council in 2010. From 2002 to 2006, Norbert Berdolt was already a member of the Supervisory Board. He has been elected to the Supervisory Board as employee representative.
