Changes in Board of Management of Dyckerhoff AG

The Supervisory Board of Dyckerhoff AG decided in its today’s meeting to appoint Dr. Stefan John (44) for three years as Member of the Management Board effective from June 1, 2008. He will lead the newly created division Business Services with the departments Human Resources and Social Affairs, Law and Insurances, Organizational Development and Compliance, Sustainability and Social Responsibility as well as Group Logistics. Dr. John joined Dyckerhoff AG as General Counsel and Director of the Legal Department in 2001. Prior to his activity at Dyckerhoff, he held different positions in the field of law in Germany and abroad. Dr. John is married and has three children.

In the same meeting, the Supervisory Board decided further to extend the appointment of Mr. Wolfgang Bauer as Chairman of the Board of Management for three years from March 1, 2009.

With the changes decided, the company adequately takes account of the adopted growth strategy on board level.
