Since entering the Ukrainian market in 2000, we have been op­erating two integrated cement plants there: the Volyn plant, which is near Rivne, in the northwestern Ukraine, and the Yug plant, near the city of Mykolayiv. In addition, Dyckerhoff has three terminals, one each at the Kiev, Odessa, and Sevastopol locations. Total cement capacity is 3.0 million tons. Our 2012 volume of cement and other hydraulic binding agents was at nearly 1.8 million tons.

Since 2003, we have also produced ready-mixed concrete in Ukra­ine. We operate three mixing plants in Kiev along with one each in Odessa, in the Crimea, and in Mykolayiv. In 2012, we sold around 0.2 million m³ of ready-mixed concrete.
