Bundeskartellamt cleared the acquisition of the Portland Zementwerke Seibel & Söhne by Dyckerhoff.

Wiesbaden, April 5th^th, 2018 – The Bundeskartellamt (German Federal Cartel Authority) cleared on Thursday, April 5th, 2018 the acquisition of all shares in Portland Zementwerke Seibel & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG (Seibel & Söhne) by Dyckerhoff GmbH.

Seibel & Söhne is operating a cement plant in Erwitte, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Dyckerhoff is represented in the region with two cement plants, in Geseke and in Lengerich.

The completion of the transfer of shares will become effective within the next days.
