J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge 2026
Together at the Starting Line
Last Wednesday, it was time for Dyckerhoff to get active once again: Around 60 colleagues from various locations traveled to Frankfurt to participate in the anniversary edition (50 years) of the J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge—described by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (F.A.Z.) as the world’s largest and fastest corporate running event (among the 16 host cities across five continents).
Together with approximately 63,000 runners, participants took on the 5.6-kilometer (3.5-mile) course through downtown Frankfurt. Conditions could hardly have been better: sunshine and dry weather created a great atmosphere and provided an extra boost of motivation.
The results were impressive as well. With 980th place in the global ranking (out of 4,427 participating companies) and an average finishing time of 34 minutes and 49 seconds, the Dyckerhoff team delivered a strong performance. The training certainly paid off!
After the race, the celebration continued. Participants wrapped up the evening at Kurfürstenplatz, enjoying great food, cold drinks, and excellent music. And, as is often the case, it didn’t take long for the Dyckerhoff team to take over the dance floor. Soon, colleagues from other companies joined in as well.
Once again, the Corporate Challenge provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues from different locations, exchange ideas, and stay active together. The focus is on participation: whether running, walking for fitness, or simply enjoying a leisurely walk, everyone is welcome.
Special thanks go to our Team Captains, Claudia Mertens and Iris Weise-Rosch, who once again did an outstanding job organizing the event. Thanks to their dedication and commitment, the Corporate Challenge was another thoroughly successful experience that many participants will remember for a long time to come.
