Buzzi S.p.A. is responsible for processing data for the provision of the Cookie Consent Manager (hereinafter "CCM") from the provider OneTrust, LLC, 1200 Abernathy Rd Ste 600, Atlanta, GA 30328, USA. The CCM allows you to manage cookie settings, control data transfers and obtain your consent. Specifically, the CCM allows you to give or withhold your consent to the processing of your data in connection with Vimeo videos, including Google Chromecast, Google Maps and Matomo.

For this purpose, OneTrust LLC must process your IP address, browser type and version, operating system used, date and time of access, and other data through cookies on behalf of Buzzi S.p.A. This measures the percentage of visitors who enter a website and then leave the page without further action or navigate to other pages. The anonymization function prevents the complete IP address from being recorded when using Matomo.

Your consent to the processing of your data by Matomo is voluntary, i.e. it is not required for the use of these web pages and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

6. Social Media

6.1 Instagram

We operate an Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/dyckerhoff_life/), for which we are jointly responsible with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland, for data processing within the scope of "Page Insights". All details on the division of responsibilities and information on "Page Insights" and "Facebook Insights" can be found in the following agreement: www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum.

By using Page Insights, page operators can obtain information about target groups, demographic characteristics and statistics on post responses, as explained at de.facebook.com/help/268680253165747.

When you visit www.instagram.com, the data you generate while using the service, including your IP address, user agent, device information, browsing history, location, search queries, preferred usage times, last login, likes and interests, is processed by the Meta Platforms group. Meta Platforms, Inc. is the initial recipient of the data and processes it for its own purposes. The data is also shared with third parties under the controllership of Meta Platforms, Inc. to perform interest-based advertising tracking, data analysis and automated profiling for personalized advertising.

When you are logged into Instagram, a cookie with your ID is stored on your device. This enables Meta Platforms, Inc. to track that you have visited a specific page and how you interacted with its content. This also applies to all other Meta Platforms, Inc. services, such as WhatsApp and Facebook Connect. Through services embedded in websites, such as "Meta Pixel", Meta Platforms, Inc. can track your visits to external websites and assign them to your profile to learn more about you and your interests.

Meta Platforms, Inc. processes data globally and across the group. Data from the use of various services is automatically merged. The more Meta Platforms, Inc. services are used, the more comprehensive and detailed the profiling is.

Instagram's privacy policy can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/center/.

In certain situations, you have influence over the type, scope and manner of data processing by the Meta Platforms Group in certain situations, e.g. by using ad and web tracking blockers, deleting cookies after the session, avoiding the use of services such as Facebook Connect, not publishing private information on such platforms and not allowing Meta Platforms, Inc. permanent access to your personal data (contact and calendar data, photos, location data, etc.).

The Meta Platforms Group is an international software company. When using Meta services, your data may be transferred to the United States.

Regarding data transfers to the USA, the European Commission has adopted the adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This adequacy decision can now be used for the transfer of personal data to participants in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Meta Platforms, Inc. is a certified participant.

6.2 LinkedIn

We maintain a page on LinkedIn, a service provided by LinkedIn Corp, 1000 West Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 USA.

LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, is responsible for data processing of individuals located in the EU, see de.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy: "If you are located in the 'designated countries', LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company ("LinkedIn Ireland") will be the controller of your personal data provided to our services, collected for or through them, or processed in connection with them."

We process data as soon as you contact us via LinkedIn.

When you visit LinkedIn, the data and information collected about you when using the service (including IP address, user agent, browsing history, location [geotargeting]) is processed by LinkedIn, which uses cookies and other web tracking technologies for this purpose. The recipient of this data is initially LinkedIn, where it may be passed on to third parties for its own purposes and under the controllership of LinkedIn, as LinkedIn and its partners work together globally and use cookies, e.g. for statistics, personalization, advertisements/offers/content tailored to you and profile creation. You are free to visit our LinkedIn page and take further actions, such as leaving comments or messages, contacting us or following our page.
